She has held a variety of roles across implementations, client service, and product management, bringing deep expertise in wealth technology. Gretchen is also a frequent contributor to industry roundtables and panels and is the author of several industry whitepapers.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Pace University.
