Brooke oversees the Operations team at SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions, managing the process of bringing in and auditing client data from custodians. She also leads the Data Conversion team, which converts historical data from prior reporting platforms for new clients and acquisitions, as well as the Client Service team, which maintains client relationships and coordinates with third-party aggregators. Collectively, these teams ensure that all data entering the Black Diamond platform is accurate, timely, and reliable.

Brooke has held multiple roles throughout Black Diamond, including Client Advocate, Implementation Consultant, and Manager of multiple teams, and is currently an Associate Director.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Colby-Sawyer College in New Hampshire.
